Manage day to day operation activities such as coach reporting, fresh sales visits, existing operational school visits and resolving coach issues. Manage and build relationships with local sports and fitness bodies and institutions for hiring and probable academy set ups. Should be proficient in developing go to market strategy to sell new products and add to organization and self -revenue targets. Planning and implementation of sales and customer retention and development.
Should have an understanding of the local and surrounding regions in terms of being able to identify target schools
Sound knowledge of handling digital technology such as a Tablet Strong and persuasive negotiation skills A credible communicator, adept at operating at higher management level Commercially minded and results driven Experience in sales is a prerequisite Strong presentation skills will be an added advantage
Prior Experience: 2 to 3 yrs minimum
Candidates will be responsible in assisting the curriculum development team in writing content for various sports curriculums using multiple research methodologies.
Liaising with Technical Experts Creation of assessments for various sports curriculum Creating activities for sports day & demo’s based on specifications Creating nutrition workshops, age specific drills for various sports curriculum, equipment mapping etc. Assisting master trainers in developing training modules & collateral to help facilitate & deliver training to coaches Updating soft skills training modules used for coaches Review of coach assessments and report preparation Preparation and planning of training calendar for coaches Supporting the quality auditor in assessing schools & coaches through a quality audit mechanism Audit report preparation using the scoring mechanism of school & coaches Assisting quality auditor in grading coach and respective reports
Skills Required: Candidate should have baisc knowledge about Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Sholuld have excellent communication skills
Prior Experience: 3 to 5 yrs minimum
